Grete Blom
Grete Blom has been creative all her life. As a child, she loved cartoons. And during the lessons at school there was a lot of hidden drawing in the homework book while her teacher was teaching.
It was only in adulthood that she chose to learn a little more about how to design art. She took a course in drawing in Bergen over 2 semesters and completed two semesters of form and color at Nordstrand Draw and Painting School in Oslo.
Her first exhibition was in Oslo and she has also had a few exhibitions in Bergen.
After many years of absence from painting, she has regained her creative abilities.
She loves street art. She is fascinated by the fact that the form of expression is so accessible and expressive in a simple form. That is the reason why street art is the inspiration for her artwork.
